Our philosophy is based on the principle of the “Three-A’s”. This means, that through our trading and industrial operations, we offer our clients
Class A locations;
Class A structures; and
Class A tenants.

Our activities are divided into two categories.

1. Commercial Real Estate Development and Investment

We work exclusively with subsidiaries of multinational corporations to offer a bundled investment vehicle that includes land, final construction permit, a technically and financially sound audited budget, as well as carefully screened tenants. The return on your investment is assured and inherent property development risk offset thanks to our policy of creating fixed period tenancy agreements before project completion.

2. Commercial Real Estate Sale

We meticulously apply our AAA policy to the sale of young office buildings, logistics centers, and shopping centers. Identifying Class A locations, appraisal of Class A Structures, and monitoring tenant selection provides our clients with a holistic service package and smooth transactions.
